Onboarding Introduction

Welcome to our onboarding page! You are here because we have already completed our Kick-Off meeting and are now entering the preparation stage of your implementation. Our aim is to have you ready to release Kompass to your organization in 4 weeks from now.

However, that could vary and is mostly dependent on the amount of legacy data to be imported. Also, some organizations might already have most of the required information to setup Kompass while others might need time to define departments, services, project categories, etc. which could take extra time.


Our schedule below will help you navigate through the preparation stage. We plan to have one meeting per week, however, this is only to have a regular meeting in the calendar. We’ll be there for you for any questions throughout the process and post-implementation.

During each meeting we will go through our implementation material and explore how each Kompass session could be implemented to best fit your needs. You will also be able to find all implementation material in the pages below. We would recommend going through this material after our meetings and actively working through our Kompass demo page while watching.


There are eight sessions to be covered in two weeks. 

WEEK SESSION/ LINK DESCRIPTION
1 Sales Find out how you can create organizations, customers, proposals and proposal items. Also, find out everything you need to know from our Dashboard
1 Operations A Explore the dashboard and find your projects. Then, get introduced to our unique scheduling page. Create your first tasks for your employees.
1 Finance A Learn how to read all financial and accounting KPI's of our dashboard. Then explore how to record expenses and create new suppliers.
1 Admin Similar to finance, see how you can manage employees' expenses. Additionally, learn how to add new employees, their qualifications, and new contacts and organizations.
2 Operations B Edit and review timesheet entries along with their tasks. Also, time to go through a highly important feature of Kompass, the status updates.
2 Finance B This week we will talk about invoicing and payment. Similar to operations, we will focus on status updates and see how they can inform our invoicing.
2 HR An overview of the dashboard and how to create a new employee entry in Kompass. Then we will talk about days off and expenses.
2 Equipment Learn how to add, edit and manager your equipment along with their calibration certificates etc. Finally, have them scheduled under employees.
