Unit 4 - Contacts
In Unit 4, we will quickly check an item related to your contacts. Contacts include all individuals who work under a client. A contact can only work with one client, but each client can have numerous contacts. Now there may be cases where one of your contacts works with two different clients. For those instances, you will need to add each relationship as separate entries. We have one item to check in this Unit: Sources. Generally, our customers implement the list of sources we provide without making any changes. However, if you need to amend this list, please let us know and we will be happy to amend as needed.
Sources
One of the fundamental CRM approaches is to analyse where leads originated in your organization. That information can assist in evaluating existing marketing activities and preparing relevant strategies. In Kompass, this information is stored under an individual contact created for your client. This is because contacts likely will have heard of your organization from different sources. Kompass BMS already has a list of sources which can be immediately adopted in your system:

- Recommendation
- Search Engine
- Social Media
- Website
