Manage Kompass notifications
Kompass can send email notifications based on certain triggers. Your Kompass account already has certain notifications in place. You can create new, edit the existing of deactivate them. There are four email notification groups:
- Comments email notifications
- Expense email notifications
- Leave email notifications
- Project email notifications
Comment email notifications are generally used when a user is quoting another user in a comment. Expense email notifications are mostly used when an expense is either being submitted or rejected. Leave email notifications for when a user is requesting time off and when that is being accepted. Project email notifications has several triggers and the ones used mostly are when a proposal is being accepted and when a project is being delivered.
To access the email notifications, login to your API Admin. Find the "Email notifications" page under Comments, Expense, Leave or Projects groups and select the ones you want to change.
In the image above, you can see that under Projects' email templates, there are the "Delivered" and "Quote Accepted" templates already in place. Click the one you want to edit.
