Different types of exports
Kompass allows users to export several different types information in CSV format to enable further analysis. The projects page offers three different exports.
Go to the "Projects" page. If you have the necessary permissions, you will see an "Actions" dropdown. From the dropdown, choose between the two options below.
For all exports, you will be asked to provide the start and end date of your exports. You can decide whether you can export as a .csv or as a .json file.

| Project Performance | Exports the status of all active projects and quote items. Values for the hours, costs, invoiced amounts, project values, and WIP will be exported into three columns: Start, End, and Change. Start columns will return all values on the start date you have selected. End columns will return all values on the end date you have selected. Change columns will return the difference between the Start and End value. | Operations that need to track works for the selected period. Additionally, essential when invoicing to track WIP and revenues. |
| Project Performance Report | Similar to Project Performance above but on an .xlsx format. You can define how you need your report to look like and it will export accordingly. | As above. |
Please note that the first two selections are always available in all Kompass accounts (1). However, the reports in the second group (2) are user defined. You can create your own spreadsheets with your dashboards. They will then be exportable directly from Kompass.
