Filter employees views

In Kompass, you can apply filters to only show certain employees based on your set parameters. To do this, go to the "Employees" page and click "Filter".

You can filter by qualification and/or department. This can be particularly helpful if you are looking for employees with specific qualifications (i.e., asbestos awareness, working in heights, confined spaces training, etc.). Also, the Qualification Validity filter will show qualifications that are soon to expire or expired.

A quicker way to filter your employee page would be to use the search box at the top of the screen.
