Intro: Get a full analysis of your employees’ qualifications and their expiry dates.

In Kompass: Kompass offers some filters to identify qualifications that are soon to expire or expired. It can also show them sliced by Department. However, when a user has several qualifications, it could get a bit cumbersome to change filtering. This spreadsheet will bring all data together.

File Needed: From page [Employees], Actions, Export. This file is using an API Token, therefore, there is no need to export any data from Kompass.

Uploading method: API Token

The File: The file will only return active users and their qualifications. Users who left your organisation more than 365 ago, will not appear. You have the option to hide qualifications that are about to expire in the long future. You can also hide qualifications that are expired for a long time. Finally, you can decide to hide employees who left your organisation. All these options can be found in the [HOW TO] tab.

Once you'll define those functions and "Refresh Here!". The file will ask for your API Token to access Kompass. We will provide this token to you.

You can review the four available tabs which slice the data by Department, Qualification, Manager and Position.

Further analysis: File is already slicing the data in numerous ways. It might be the case that you will decide to delete some of those tabs.
