Intro: A full analysis of all worked hours during the selected period.

In Kompass: Kompass's dashboard offers graphs for the sum of hours per department. However, it will not offer a finer granularity for viewing all tasks per user in a compact way.

File Needed: Timesheets spreadsheet can be exported directly from Kompass, page "Timesheets", "Actions", "Timesheets.xlsx". Please contact our helpdesk if it's not available in your account. 

Uploading method: You will need to export the file again following any changes.

The File: 

[Calendar View] shows all worked hours per user per day. A conditional formatting marks lowest and highest values.

Task, Department and Position analysis, sums all hours by the selected filtering field.

Further analysis: Should we export a timesheet .csv from Kompass and open it, we will be able to see all available fields that can be used as a slicer and/ or value of analysis.
