Operations_Timesheet Delays
Intro: Employees might delay recording their timesheets having an affect on financial and performance reports. Especially in the first months of implementation of Kompass, employees might struggle to understand the new system. This spreadsheet will flag all employees that delay the most also grouped by department and managers.
In Kompass: Kompass cannot offer this information in its frontend.
File Needed: This file is using an API Token, therefore, there is no need to export any data from Kompass.
Uploading method: API Token
The File: [HOW TO] tab allows you to set the dates of your review. We should use more than a month but less than a year for this analysis. It would be better using the first day of Kompass implementation. Once you set the dates, click "Refresh Here!". The file will ask for your API Token to access Kompass. We will provide this token to you.
[Delays] list all employees and show their average delays on days on recording their hours. First table splits data by creator, Creator Their manager lists all possible amendments done by employees' managers (therefore, they might not be too relevant). Creator User lists all timesheets recorded by users. Both other tables (Delays of employees by department of works and Delays of employees by their managers) do not take into account any amendments done by managers. Months' slicer allows you to review data on a monthly base.
[Graphs] shows the progress of delays per month and also sliced by department. Equally, the delays will filter out any timesheets changed by managers so that it will not skew data.
Further analysis: Should we export a timesheet .csv from Kompass and open it, we will be able to see all available fields that can be used as a slicer and/ or value of analysis.
