Finance_Percentage of working hours

Intro: This file will sum the budget and actual hours for the projects, calculate the percentage of used hours, and show write ups and write downs based on the project price.

In Kompass: Kompass offers an extensive analysis of project performance based on the worked hours with several filtering options. However, it does not offer them in a table format to compare amongst departments, managers etc.

File Needed: From page [Projects], Actions, Exports. You can find additional details at: How-To Guides, Proposals and Projects, Different types of exports.

Uploading method: Drop_Into_a_Folder. You must export one file per period of interest, i.e., month. Do not export files containing several months.

The File: There are two tabs on this spreadsheet, [Tables] 

and [Graphs].

Slicers can be used to limit the viewed information. They work exactly the same as the column filter buttons, but in a more user-friendly way. The [delivered] slicer is crucial and will filter between delivered and ongoing projects.

Further analysis: There are several ways of slicing and dicing the information. Whichever column that can be found in the Project Performance .csv exports, can also be used for slicing.
