Reset user's password

Occasionally, some users might forget their passwords for accessing Kompass. Resetting can be only made from the API.

Steps

  • Go to your API admin page and click the "Users" option under the "Users" group:

  • Select the user you want to reset their password for (1) and then head to Action (2) and click the "Reset password for selected users and email them the new password" (3).
