Reset user's password

Kompass champions with access on the Admin site can reset passwords for all users. However, even users with no Admin access can reset their passwords. Simply click your avatar (1) and "Change Password" (2).

A new window will open, asking you for your current and new password.

For Kompass champions, occasionally, some users might forget their passwords for accessing Kompass. Resetting can be only made from the Admin site.

Steps

• Go to your Admin page and click the "Users" option under the "Users" group:

• Select the user you want to reset their password for (1) and then head to Action (2) and click the "Reset password for selected users and email them the new password" (3).
