Proposal/ Quote Items: central part of Kompass

Proposal/ Quote Items connect many different parts of Kompass and exports will always try to related back to a Proposal Item and its attributes. The relationship chain is as follows (always 1-to-many):

Org -> Client -> Project -> Proposal Item -> Task -> Diary

This means that, e.g., a Diary entry (recorded hours) will link to one Task which will link to one Proposal Item.

Proposal Items have several attributes which allows aggregating important information.
